Forward development engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Forward Development Engineer (React Native) for our Jaipur office to build next-generation, high-performance mobile applications integrated with cutting-edge AI features. In this role, you will go beyond building basic UI screens—you will research, prototype, and build early-stage mobile architectures, core libraries, and seamless cross-platform experiences for Android and iOS.

Responsibilities

• AI & Forward R&D: Build, prototype, and scale React Native apps integrated with AI features, LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), on-device models, and streaming data.
• Core Mobile Development: Develop responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components using React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• API & System Integration: Consume RESTful APIs, JSON data, WebSockets, and third-party services.
• Native & Performance Engineering: Build custom native bridges (Swift/Kotlin) and optimize app startup times, memory usage, and UI responsiveness.
• App Store Management: Manage build configurations, testing pipelines, and deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to translate pixel-perfect designs into production-ready code.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile/frontend software engineering, with 1–2 years focused on Forward Development, Mobile Architecture, or R&D for AI apps.
• Deep knowledge of React Native, React.js, React Hooks, and state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON data, and AI/LLM tools into mobile frontends.
• Good understanding of iOS/Android mobile development principles, Git version control, and debugging/troubleshooting.
• Must be ready to work Onsite from our Jaipur office.
