About the Role

Full-Stack Engineer for end-to-end development: frontend dashboards, backend APIs, database architecture, rule engines, and integrations.

This is a critical role: you will directly shape the core system architecture and ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and performant.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

Python & FAST API

Javascript, Typescript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, HTML, CSS

REST API development & integrations

AI/ML fundamentals

LLM integration (OpenAI, Hugging Face etc)

DB management (PostgreSQL. MongoDB or relational databases)

Redis / background workers

Git & Version control

Debugging and problem solving

SaaS application and AWS cloud

Ability to process large datasets efficiently

Knowledge of RBAC, JWT and authentication systems.

Integrations

• Build secure API integrations or any external softwares
• Support batch data import/export for organizations

Performance, Scalability & Security

• Implement background job processing for heavy data operations
• Optimize system performance for large data uploads and concurrent users
• Ensure secure file uploads, data encryption, and audit logging
