About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Gen AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, RAG, LangChain, and FastAPI to build and deploy scalable AI-powered backend applications. This is a development-focused role, and we are seeking a hardcore developer, not a solution architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI backend applications using Python.
• Build RAG-based solutions with LangChain.
• Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with **Python, RAG, LangChain, and FastAPI**.
• Experience with LLM integration and REST APIs.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
