Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement) development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) solutions.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, and custom workflows.
• Customize Dynamics 365 forms, entities, dashboards, views, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and third-party systems using Azure services.
• Implement authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
