Context

Scaler AI labs is doing breakthrough work in helping models improve - especially for enterprise use cases, thus driving enterprise AI adoption. Within a span of 6 months, we are already working with each of the Frontier AI Lab behind top 5 AI Models on LMArena, and doing revenue in double digit million dollars. Our team includes two ICPC World Finalists, along with engineers who have previously worked at leading companies and startups such as Meta, Google, Apple, and others.

The work of the AI Lab spans:

• RL environments that simulate real software, tools, and workflows
• Data benchmarking and evaluation systems that measure model capability, reliability, and progress
• Custom datasets (human-generated, AI-generated, and hybrid) designed to improve frontier models
• Execution platforms that enable repeatable, high-quality work across complex task types

Some of this work involves humans; some is fully automated; much of it is human–AI collaborative by design. Over time, the AI Lab’s learnings are intended to build into enterprise-grade AI products, driving AI adoption in enterprises and bringing in real value via AI to the enterprises.

Core Responsibilities

• Creating RL environments to replicate realistic workflows on popular B2B and B2C applications, Software Engineering, Medical, etc workflows.
• Working on a data benchmarking and evaluation platform, creating high quality evals to train frontier AI Models.
