Founding AI Engineer

Role Overview

As a Founding AI Engineer, you will build the agent orchestration layer that automates the entire renter journey, from initial inquiry to a signed lease. You will focus on creating voice-first, agentic systems capable of handling messy, real-world data and complex multi-agent workflows to move work from humans to software.

Responsibilities

• Build the agent orchestration layer to automate renter workflows with minimal human intervention.
• Develop voice-first capabilities to understand natural conversations, maintain context, and coordinate tasks.
• Build agents capable of processing unstructured data including WhatsApp, calls, voice notes, listings, and transaction history.
• Implement memory, tool use, planning, and multi-agent workflows for research, negotiation, and coordination.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to continuously improve system performance.
• Stay at the cutting edge of new models, voice technology, computer use, and agentic systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in building and shipping products.
• A history of actually building things and a high degree of technical curiosity.
• Ability to work without clean specifications and navigate ambiguous architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to experiment with new AI frameworks and models.
