You do not need prior AI experience; if you are a strong developer who enjoys problem-solving, debugging, and building features, this opportunity allows you to apply your software engineering expertise to help shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform.

Responsibilities

• Create Reinforcement Learning environments to evaluate AI models on real-world software engineering challenges.
• Build high-quality reference solutions and reproducible coding environments.
• Contribute clean, production-quality code samples and debugging approaches.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and logic errors across multiple codebases.
• Develop small to medium-sized software features using clean coding practices.
• Improve existing code for readability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Review technical submissions and peer-contributed code for correctness and clarity.
• Document your reasoning, development approach, and coding decisions to support high-quality AI training data.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional software development experience in at least one of the following: Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Software Engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across unfamiliar codebases and quickly understand existing systems.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to explain implementation decisions clearly.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus, but prior AI experience is not required.
