AWS Terraform DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AWS Terraform DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment automation solutions. The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable AWS environments, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automating operational processes, and supporting secure cloud operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, IAM, and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support application deployment and infrastructure delivery.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for AWS environments.
• Configure and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, roles, and permissions following security best practices.
• Automate operational and deployment tasks using Shell scripting or Python.
• Support cloud networking configurations including VPCs, subnets, routing, security controls, DNS, and load balancing.
• Monitor and maintain cloud resources, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes and infrastructure standards.
• Apply cloud security best practices throughout infrastructure and deployment lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and automation-related issues across AWS environments.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Proficiency in IAM and cloud security principles.
• Experience with automation via Shell or Python.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (VPC, DNS, Load Balancing).
