Role Overview

We are looking for a specialist in GenAI & Agentic AI to build cutting-edge workflows, implement research-driven models, and manage the end-to-end data science lifecycle to create lasting impact for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Agents and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Work with Vector DBs such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning/adaptation using LoRA/QLoRA on open-source or foundation models.
• Implement research papers and adapt open-source models to specific use cases.
• Manage the end-to-end DS lifecycle from framing to deployment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and core libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Deep learning expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, including Transformers, CNN, and RNN.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and ML techniques like regression and clustering.
• Experience with image processing using OpenCV or scikit-image.
• Ability to solve analytical problems under pressure with strong communication skills.
