ML Engineer I

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Python, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications that leverage large language models (LLMs), vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and autonomous AI agents to solve complex business problems. This role requires a strong software engineering foundation combined with hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using modern AI frameworks.
• Build multi-step AI workflows and autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and decision-making.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Develop AI orchestration workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain or similar platforms.
• Implement memory management, conversation management, and agent collaboration patterns.
• Create AI systems that interact with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external tools.
• Build scalable backend services using Python.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop asynchronous and high-performance services.
• Create integration services connecting AI models with enterprise applications.
• Ensure production readiness including logging, monitoring, observability, and security.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, and Microservices.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
