Nodejs Developer(Javascript, Nodejs with Express JS, SQL, ReactJS)

Role Overview

UST is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks. The role involves building scalable applications, designing REST APIs, and driving end-to-end ownership of technical modules from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by applying software engineering best practices, including architecture standards, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using ReactJS.
• Own technical delivery against project timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business teams to understand detailed requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of modules/features: design, implementation, test automation, deployment, and post-release support.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, process documentation, and deployment guides.
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS.
• Experience with Node.js and Express JS for building REST APIs and backend data processing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and RDBMS systems.
• Experience with software design principles, modular architecture, and scalable application development.
• Practical experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, deployment practices, and Docker.
• Proficiency with GIT.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
