Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically curious AI Engineering Interns to join our team and work on an AI-powered omnichannel communication platform that enables businesses to deploy intelligent agents across voice calls, WhatsApp, web chat, and other communication channels. This is a hands-on internship designed for students to gain practical exposure to Generative AI, Voice AI, Conversational AI, LLMs, backend engineering, APIs, and agentic systems.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and improvement of AI-powered voice and conversational agents using Large Language Models, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and tool calling.
- Gain hands-on experience integrating voice technologies such as Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), SIP, and telephony APIs.
- Develop and consume REST and real-time APIs, working with backend services, databases, and event-driven systems.
- Debug, test, and optimize AI conversations and workflows.
- Experiment with emerging AI models, frameworks, and APIs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, ML, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, or Go.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and Git.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in AI, LLMs, and conversational systems.
