AI Product Designer

Role Overview

As an AI Product Designer, you will bridge the gap between vague client ideas and polished, functional product structures. You will be responsible for conducting discovery sessions, defining user journeys, and creating high-fidelity prototypes that align with both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured requirement discovery sessions with clients
• Translate vague ideas into clear user flows and product structures
• Understand client industry, use cases, and competitor landscape
• Define user journeys, information architecture, and feature prioritization (MVP approach)
• Suggest optimized workflows aligned with best UX practices
• Create low-fidelity wireframes for quick validation
• Design high-fidelity UI and clickable prototypes using Figma
• Iterate designs based on feedback with speed and clarity
• Collaborate with PM to finalize scope, eliminate ambiguity, and document edge cases
• Present designs to clients confidently and manage feedback effectively
• Align client expectations with product vision
• Prepare developer handoff including design systems and component guidelines
• Ensure clarity and usability in final deliverables for development teams

Requirements

• Strong UX thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Understanding of mobile and web UX patterns
• Knowledge of SaaS, marketplace, or service-based platforms
• Ability to convert business requirements into user-centric designs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and make informed design decisions
• Basic understanding of development workflows for better collaboration
