DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Ventura is an omnichannel trading and investment platform transitioning to a digital-first approach through its new fintech vertical. We are seeking a professional to drive digital transformation, manage infrastructure observability, and optimize cloud performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Implement process improvements and workflow optimizations to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee implementation to mitigate risk.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
• Identify observability gaps in application and infrastructure.
• Manage outages and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with developers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases with no downtime.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Bash for automation.
• Experience in system design, networking, and security for VAPT and regulatory compliance.
• Strong expertise in AWS services including VPC, Lambda, EC2, and RDS.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.
• Ability to deploy frontend technologies like NextJS, Flutter, and React with high availability.
• Experience with Docker and serverless API deployment.
