UI/UX Designer_Trivandrum

Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for translating validated UX research and interaction designs into clear, consistent, and build-ready visual interfaces across the platform. The role creates screens, layouts, UI components, visual assets, design-system elements, and interactive prototypes, ensuring consistency in visual language, responsiveness, accessibility, and user interaction patterns. You will work closely with Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers to ensure designs are technically practical and accurately translated into implementation-ready specifications.

Responsibilities

• Produce screen designs and visual assets within the established design system using Figma.
• Build and maintain design-system components under direction.
• Create prototype flows to support usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare developer handoff specifications including spacing, states, assets, and token usage.
• Support usability testing sessions through logistics, note-taking, and findings compilation.
• Apply accessibility guidance regarding contrast, sizing, and focus states.
• Coordinate directly with Full Stack Developers to ensure pixel-level fidelity.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in UI/visual design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong competence in Figma, including components and auto-layout.
• Solid understanding of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working within design-system constraints.
• Ability to prepare developer-ready specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
