Software Engineer/DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer/DevOps Engineer to develop, maintain, and support our CI/CD pipelines and application deployment infrastructure. This role involves working closely with development teams to ensure reliable and scalable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines for automated application build, testing, and deployment.
• Work with container technologies to package and deploy applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
• Manage source code repositories using Git and follow branching strategies.
• Write and maintain Shell scripts to automate routine operational and deployment tasks.
• Monitor application deployments and troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with software developers to improve deployment processes and infrastructure reliability.
• Participate in release planning, deployments, and post-deployment validation.
• Maintain technical documentation related to deployment, automation, and operational procedures.
• Follow DevOps best practices to improve system performance, availability, and scalability.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following technologies and practices:

• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with container technologies.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes (K8s).
• Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to write automation scripts using Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices.
