AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with 4–8 years of experience in software engineering and AI roles to join our team. This role focuses on building advanced AI solutions, including LLMs and RAG pipelines, within distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Build and scale APIs and distributed systems.
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Manage deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in software engineering or AI-focused roles.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and RAG.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of vector databases and hybrid search techniques.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Exposure to enterprise system integrations (CRM, ERP, ITSM).
