[Services]: Associate Frontend Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Associate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in web development and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of the MEAN/MERN stack, good understanding of PSD to HTML conversion, and strong academic credentials. The candidate should also have an AI-first mindset, with an interest in exploring and adopting AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, and overall engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Convert PSD/UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS interfaces.
• Develop and maintain web applications using MEAN or MERN stack.
• Work with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design.
• Develop and integrate backend APIs and database functionality.
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and other team members to deliver projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development issues.
• Follow coding standards and best practices.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 80% academic score throughout academics is preferred/required.
• Strong academic background with good technical fundamentals.
• Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
