Testing Engineer

Role Overview

As a Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and usability of our web applications, APIs, enterprise platforms, and AI-powered products. You will work across manual, API, automation, regression, integration, and performance testing, collaborating closely with Engineering, AI, Product, and Platform teams to take ownership of product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Test REST APIs and microservices using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured.
• Perform performance, load, and stress testing to identify application bottlenecks.
• Identify, document, and track defects, performing root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Test AI-powered applications, including LLM-based features, RAG systems, and conversational interfaces.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
• Strong experience in manual and functional testing of web applications.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with at least one automation framework such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Good programming or scripting knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC/STLC.
