Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Traffic Data Platform team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring 4-7 years of experience to build scalable infrastructure for sensor feeds, signal timing, and video metadata.
Responsibilities
- Integrate sensor feeds, signal phase timing, and video event metadata.
- Build scalable storage solutions using PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and object storage for video.
- Design Kafka ingestion pipelines.
- Build REST APIs for dashboards and external integration.
- Implement data quality checks.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of professional experience in data engineering.
- Proven experience in building scalable data pipelines and storage.
- Ability to work in person in Hyderabad.
