Job Description

A role requiring 5 to 6 years of experience supporting DevOps tools, with a strong background in distributed application support.

Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents and inquiries related to DevX applications (such as Gitlab, CICD, JIRA, and SonarQube).
Using monitoring and debugging tools, such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Synthetic Monitoring (DSM), Splunk, Kibana, or Grafana.
Writing simple queries using databases and query languages, including SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres.
Working within Unix/Linux/Windows environments and utilizing standard commands.
Utilizing scripting languages like Shell Scripting, Python, or Windows PowerShell.
Managing defect tracking using tools like Remedy or ServiceNow.

5 to 6 years of relevant experience in DevOps support.
Direct experience using monitoring and debugging tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk).
Proficiency in diagnosing incidents related to Gitlab, CICD, and JIRA.
Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres).
Solid working knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows environments.
Experience with scripting languages such as Shell Scripting or Python.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms, including containers (Docker) and CLI.
Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java or .NET) sufficient to comprehend code.
Experience with defect tracking tools like ServiceNow.
