Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Software Engineer – Manual / Automation who is passionate about software quality assurance. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career QA engineers who want hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade applications, structured testing processes, and scalable automation practices. You will work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure RADIUS delivers a reliable, high-quality experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect-tracking tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver.
• Follow automation best practices such as Page Object Model (POM).
• Support integration of automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform basic API testing using Postman and REST APIs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC, and STLC.
• Programming knowledge in Java or Python.
• Hands-on or academic experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
• Working knowledge of Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• 0–2 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA / Automation.
