Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop computer hardware components including processors, memory modules, storage systems, and input/output devices.
• Design and maintain hardware systems such as CPUs, memory devices, and storage architectures.
• Create detailed hardware schematics, layouts, and prototypes.
• Conduct testing, validation, debugging, and performance evaluation of hardware components.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with software developers, electrical engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
• Develop specifications and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure quality production.
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware designs and testing procedures.
• Participate in design review meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
• Optimize hardware designs for performance, efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in computer hardware design and development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful hardware projects.
• Thorough understanding of computer architectures, hardware components, and technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and hardware simulation software.
• Experience in hardware installation, operation, testing, and maintenance.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

Nice to Have

• Certified Hardware Engineer or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with FPGA design and programming.
• Strong programming and scripting skills for hardware testing and development.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.
• Experience with hardware diagnostic and testing tools.
• Understanding of Indian regulatory and compliance standards.
• Project management experience in complex hardware development projects.
