Core PHP & Java Developer

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a full-stack-minded developer with strong proficiency in both Core PHP and Java. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both our legacy and modern applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and play a key role in the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-designed, and efficient code in Core PHP for server-side logic and web applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop and deploy new features and functionalities to the legacy system as needed.
• Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications, services, and APIs.
• Utilize Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE to build robust, scalable, and secure applications.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Any degree.
• Proven professional experience as a developer with hands-on experience in both Core PHP and Java for 1 year or well trained fresher.
• Strong proficiency in Core PHP and object-oriented PHP programming.
• In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystems.
• Experience with a major Java framework (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Solid understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
