FullStack Intern

Role Overview

Votum is an AI-powered legal technology platform built to make legal work faster, smarter, and more efficient. As a Full Stack Intern, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to build and improve web applications and backend services that power our AI-driven legal platform. This is a full-time, strictly on-site position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Develop backend functionality and APIs using Python.
• Work with Supabase and PostgreSQL for database design, queries, authentication, storage, and backend services.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs, AI services, and internal systems.
• Debug and resolve issues across the frontend and backend.
• Build new product features based on business and user requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Use Git and participate in code reviews and collaborative development.
• Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, and overall product quality.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Good understanding of React.js and Next.js.
• Practical knowledge of Python and backend development.
• Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with or understanding of Supabase is highly preferred.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and client-server architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
