Role Overview
Wakeup Whistle is looking for a creative and motivated Frontend Developer Intern who wants to gain practical experience in designing and developing modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. This internship is a great opportunity for students and freshers who want to strengthen their frontend skills while working on practical web development tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web pages for desktop and mobile devices.
- Convert designs and wireframes into functional interfaces.
- Create reusable UI components.
- Write clean and structured HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Assist with frontend development using React.js.
- Integrate frontend components with APIs and backend services.
- Test websites across different browsers and screen sizes.
- Identify and resolve UI and frontend bugs.
- Improve page responsiveness, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers.
- Maintain consistency across different sections of web applications.
- Use Git/GitHub for code management and collaboration.
- Assist in implementing new frontend features and improvements.
Requirements
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive web design.
- Basic familiarity with React.js.
- Understanding of REST APIs is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Basic understanding of browser compatibility and web performance.
- Good problem-solving ability.
