UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team at Webcom Solution Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should be passionate about designing intuitive interfaces and creating engaging digital experiences. This role provides an excellent opportunity to refine your UI/UX skills while gaining experience on real-world projects.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and products
• Conduct basic user research and gather feedback to improve user experience
• Collaborate with developers and the marketing team to implement designs
• Ensure design consistency across platforms and maintain design guidelines
• Improve usability and accessibility of digital products
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Requirements

• 0–6 month of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work accepted)
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Basic understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Good creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects or design samples
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with usability testing or user research
