The Work Your day to day: • Build & maintain websites using Webflow that don't just work, but look exactly like the design intended. • Collab with our cross-functional squads (design, engineering, no-code) to ship products that hit the mark. • Write clean code (with an AI assist) that sets the bar for high-quality web development. • Obsess over performance: we’re talking speed, scalability, and security. We don't settle for less than a 100 Lighthouse score. • Break it before they do: thoroughly test everything to squash bugs before they ever reach the user. • Iterate & evolve: monitor performance and user feedback post-launch to keep making things better.who are you?
