Azure DevOps & GenAI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps & GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Python, cloud automation, CI/CD, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and automating cloud infrastructure, building deployment pipelines, and integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Manage source code, repositories, branching strategies, and release processes.
• Develop automation scripts and utilities using Python.
• Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes.
• Implement and manage Azure cloud services and DevOps solutions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure monitoring tools.
• Implement security, access controls, secrets management, and DevSecOps practices.
• Integrate Generative AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and DevOps workflows.
• Develop Python-based solutions for interacting with LLMs, APIs, and AI services.
• Work with Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services to develop GenAI solutions.
• Build and support RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search solutions.
• Automate AI/ML deployment and operational workflows where required.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, application, and pipeline issues.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of cloud-based solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python.
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Git, YAML pipelines, and release management.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM).
• Understanding of containers and Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar GenAI platforms.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases/vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and application integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
