Full stack Engineer

Role Overview

As the first full-time engineer at ADOSX, you will build the foundations that future teams inherit. You are the engineer who turns the architecture into the product people touch, working across the whole stack to own features end-to-end. You will build agentically, using AI coding agents as part of your daily toolkit to ship fast, and work closely with customers to build systems grounded in operational reality.

Responsibilities

• Take features from data model to API to UI, including Django models, DRF endpoints, and Next.js screens.
• Build and maintain in-house integrations to external systems, managing protocol quirks and reliability.
• Develop the user-facing app using Next.js and React, including dashboards, data tables, and AI chat surfaces.
• Manage messaging and scheduled flows, including inbound webhooks and queued outbound tasks.
• Ensure quality through testing, error handling, and maintaining tenant isolation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Solid full-stack delivery experience with Django, DRF, React, and Next.js.
• Fluency in PostgreSQL and understanding of tenant filtering.
• Habitual use of AI coding agents for rapid, high-quality development.
• Experience with third-party system integrations and handling messy data formats.
• Pragmatic, shippy mindset with strong estimation skills.
