Role Overview

Weekday is an AI-native recruiting platform backed by Y Combinator and General Catalyst. This is an execution-heavy internship designed for future founders who want to understand the unglamorous, essential work required to run a profitable startup. This is not a strategy or product role; it is a hands-on, get-it-done position where you will help keep the business machine running.

Responsibilities

• Owning operational tasks end-to-end to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Chasing down information, vendors, candidates, and customers as needed
• Building, fixing, and improving internal processes
• Solving immediate problems as requested by the founders
• Tracking key metrics and flagging discrepancies proactively

Requirements

• Extreme ownership and ability to complete tasks without follow-ups
• Ability to move fast and figure things out without hand-holding
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfort with ambiguity and a Monday-Saturday work schedule
• A desire to learn the inner workings of a venture-backed startup
