Data Science Intern

Role Overview

WeIntern Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and analytical Data Science Intern who is interested in learning how data can be used to solve real-world business problems. As a Data Science Intern, you will work with our team on data-driven projects and gain hands-on experience in data analysis, data preprocessing, visualization, and basic machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Analyze datasets using Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Create meaningful data visualizations using tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Power BI.
• Assist in developing and evaluating basic machine learning models.
• Work with regression, classification, clustering, and other fundamental ML techniques.
• Identify data quality issues and support data-cleaning activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Document analysis, methodologies, and project findings.
• Stay updated with current trends and technologies in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Understanding of Pandas and NumPy.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Understanding of statistics and probability.
• Familiarity with data visualization concepts.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
