Role Overview
Wells Fargo is seeking a Software Engineer to join a collaborative environment. In this role, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives, including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts, while identifying opportunities for service quality and availability improvements.
Responsibilities
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and projects including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts
- Identify opportunities for service quality and availability improvements
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for low to moderately complex projects
- Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges related to low to medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving issues or escalate as needed to meet SLAs
- Exercise independent judgment regarding security and compliance requirements
- Provide information to technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech (in CSE, ECE or equivalent) with a decent CGPA of >4.0
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
