Flutter Developer

Role Overview

WEQ Technologies is seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to build high-quality mobile applications that create exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Implement efficient state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Debug and resolve application issues across Android and iOS platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience in Flutter application development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and API integration.
• Experience integrating Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, etc.).
• Familiarity with local databases like SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences.
• Understanding of MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
