PHP Developer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PHP Developer – Intern to join our development team. This internship is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build real-world development experience, work on live projects, improve their programming skills, and learn professional software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-structured code.
• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate and work with REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Understand and work with databases such as MySQL.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and technical problems.
• Assist in developing new features and improving existing applications.
• Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and version-control practices.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of PHP and basic web development concepts.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of REST APIs, API integration, JSON, and HTTP methods.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL/database concepts.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and programming fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter is a plus.
• Candidates pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) are preferred.
