AUTOMATION ENGINEER L3

Role Overview

The purpose of the role is to design, program, simulate and test the automation product or process to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness required. You will work within Agile delivery teams to develop robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation for functional, regression, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
• Formulate project plans and contribute to the automation roadmap design.
• Improve and maintain automation frameworks and build reusable libraries across business verticals.
• Design and execute test plans, developing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
• Implement, track, and report key metrics to ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve continuous deployment practices.
• Perform backend and database programming for key projects.
• Design and implement automated testing tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in designing, programming, and simulating automation products.
• Proven ability to work within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Ability to handle complex technical design issues and resolve defects.
• Experience in backend/database programming.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, developers, and clients.
