DEVOPS ENGINEER L3

Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to work with Application teams and developers to facilitate better coordination amongst operations, development and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Align and focus on CI/CD of technology in applications
• Plan and Execute the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle across the toolchain from planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring
• Manage the IT infrastructure as per the requirement of the supported software code
• On-board applications on DevOps tools and configure them as per client needs
• Create user access workflows and provide user access as per defined processes
• Build and engineer DevOps tools based on client customization
• Collaborate with development staff to tackle coding and scripting needed to connect code elements with operating systems and production infrastructure
• Leverage tools to automate testing and deployment
• Provide customer support and service on DevOps tools
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical or repeatable issues

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of experience in a DevOps role
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting
