Role Overview
Wipro Limited is seeking a skilled developer to support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a Spring Boot application running on a Tomcat server. The role requires extending internal logic and ensuring the application is fully tested and deployed to production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and extend the internal logic of a Spring Boot application.
- Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) up to Release to Production.
- Extend existing automated tests written in JUnit / Cucumber.
- Ensure code is developed as clean code.
- Integrate testing within a CI/CD pipeline on Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years required (3-5 years specified in one section, 5+ in another).
- Mandatory Skill: Java-J2EE.
- Proficiency in Java at an Advanced level.
- Experience with Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Commitment to clean code principles and automated testing practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically using Azure DevOps.
