Job Description
Role Overview
At wishtrip, we’re building the AI operating system for travel. We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineering Intern to work on real-world AI problems, helping users create, optimize, and book entire journeys through natural language.
Responsibilities
- Building smarter trip planning, recommendation & personalisation logic
- Developing conversational planning using LLMs to enable natural language trip modification
- Working with tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval & grounding
- Building evals to measure itinerary and LLM output quality
- Solving optimization problems around routing, sequencing, interests, budgets and travel pace
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and coding fundamentals
- Hands-on experience experimenting or building with LLMs
- Curiosity to build AI systems that work reliably in the real world
