Enterprise Software Engineer

Role Overview

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a motivated and talented DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team, contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise cloud platform. You will work closely with Cloud Operations, Security, and Compliance to streamline software development processes and ensure the reliability and scalability of our cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture for complex applications ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Implement best practices in coding with support of AI.
• Perform the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms.
• Conduct work activities using SRE principles, including resilience, metrics, capacity planning, and incident management.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services.
• Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Build and transform container and serverless architectures.
• Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.
• Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a mature software engineering and DevSecOps environment.
• Foundational understanding of application and platform engineering concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, operations, and QA.
