PHP Laravel Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Laravel Developer with 1–4 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and RESTful APIs, along with a passion for building scalable, high-quality web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance web-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.
• Design and optimise MySQL databases and queries.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Implement application security and performance optimisation best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Work with Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Stay updated with the latest Laravel and PHP development trends.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong knowledge of Core PHP, Laravel Framework, and MVC architecture.
• Experience with MySQL database design and optimisation.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
• Understanding of authentication, middleware, routing, and Eloquent ORM.
• Experience with third-party API integrations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Linux servers and deployment processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
