Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled DevOps/WebOps Engineer to design, develop, and manage CI/CD pipelines and Azure infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Biceps to provision resources in Azure.
- Implement and maintain Azure best practices, including naming standards, policies, and security measures.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of CI/CD pipelines and Azure resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pipeline execution and resource provisioning.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for CI/CD and Azure resource management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and Biceps for infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Extensive knowledge of Azure services and best practices, including naming standards, policies, and security.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: Good understanding of Azure IAAS/ especially Networking concepts (Gateway, Load Balancer, Front door, etc.).
- Nice to have: IIS administration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Nice to have: Experience writing and using PowerShell scripts.
- Education and Experience Required: Associate’s degree in a Computer Science/Information Technology related discipline.
- 10 years in Information Technology.
- 6-8 years supporting WebOps/DevOps Administration.
- 2+ years into Azure administration.
