Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to grow our AI-powered CX automation business, supporting our US enterprise customers. This role involves building modular, testable, and reusable full-stack modules across the front end and back end, contributing to all phases of the feature release cycle, and implementing the latest agentic AI and LLM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship scalable, low-latency, cost-efficient full-stack solutions from front-end experiences to back-end services.
• Design and deliver LLM-powered and agentic AI capabilities end to end, including prompt orchestration, tool/function calling, and RAG.
• Partner with US customer-facing teams, maintaining overlap with US business hours to troubleshoot and deliver against commitments.
• Drive solutions leveraging modern web frameworks and open-source distributed systems.
• Build innovative solutions from scratch and collaborate with engineers to drive adoption of shared capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience building software products.
• Experience designing and architecting full-stack technical solutions for large-scale problems.
• Hands-on experience with React (TypeScript preferred).
• Hands-on experience in Node.js, Golang, Java, or Python.
• Experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts and RAG with vector databases like pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of ML, NLP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
