Software Engineer - AI Solutions

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building production-grade software. You'll design and develop scalable applications, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native systems, potentially working with modern AI technologies including LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Build maintainable, secure, and high-performance software for production environments.
• Design system architecture and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Integrate commercial and open-source language models into business applications.
• Design agentic workflows and AI-driven automation.
• Build RAG pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Develop cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Academic background from premier institutions in India (e.g., IIT, IIM, BITS, NIT).
• Strong experience developing production software.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience building scalable web applications and backend systems.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and modern development workflows.
