Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Java Full Stack Developer to work on Education-based projects (B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD level) along with R&D initiatives and real-time application development. This role offers exposure to end-to-end development, real-time applications, mentoring, and modern enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java technologies.
• Work on academic projects and assist in development and mentoring.
• Contribute to R&D and innovation projects for technology expos and product demonstrations.
• Develop real-time enterprise-level applications.
• Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct technical presentations, project demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Act as a trainer and mentor by delivering technical training programs and workshops.
• Represent the organization during technical events, seminars, and innovation expos.

Requirements

• B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced), Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React.js, or Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
