Zoho Developer Intern

Role Overview

This role is with our client, a Bengaluru-based technology company that helps small and growing businesses turn their ideas into practical, scalable digital solutions. They work across custom software development, web and mobile applications, UI/UX, API integrations, and technology consulting. The company is looking for a Zoho Developer Intern who is curious about technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to learn by building real-world business applications.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications
• Develop workflows, custom functions, validations, and automation using Deluge
• Design modules, fields, layouts, relationships, and business processes
• Build applications, workflows, web tabs, and widgets using Zoho Creator
• Integrate Zoho applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and native integrations
• Build reports and dashboards based on business requirements
• Work with applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho products
• Test, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Zoho implementations
• Build practical systems that can be used in day-to-day business operations
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Research new Zoho features and explore better ways to automate business processes

Requirements

• Basic understanding of programming and software development concepts
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, databases, and relational data structures
• Interest in learning Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge, and the wider Zoho ecosystem
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to research, experiment, debug, and learn independently
• Curiosity to understand how business systems and workflows work
• Strong ownership and willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
