Job Description
Role Overview
As a Governance Engineer within the Gemini Enterprise / ADK delivery pod, you will be responsible for the AssureAI Governance build phase. You will work on the Agent Platform layer, focusing on the build, govern, and operate lifecycle, including agent identity, security, and observability to ensure the platform meets strict trustworthiness metrics.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks within the Agent Platform.
- Manage agent identity, security, and observability protocols.
- Ensure compliance with AssureAI Trustworthiness metrics, including explainability and regulation coverage.
- Collaborate with the GCP AI Architect to execute the architecture checklist.
Requirements
- Experience in building or governing AI agent platforms and runtimes.
- Understanding of agent security, identity propagation, and observability.
- Ability to work within a complex integration layer involving enterprise connectors.
