Software Testing Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Testing Intern to help ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our mobile application and web-based admin platforms. You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs, verify new features, and improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Test Android, iOS, and web applications.
• Execute manual test cases for new features and bug fixes.
• Identify, document, and report software defects.
• Perform regression, functional, UI, and usability testing.
• Verify bug fixes before production releases.
• Test customer, restaurant, delivery, and admin workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Maintain clear testing documentation and reports.
• Suggest improvements to enhance application quality.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of mobile application testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
