Shopify & Web Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Shopify & Web Developer to join our digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing websites for our clients as well as handling the company’s basic website, tools, email, and internet-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Shopify websites using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and customize websites using WordPress and other coding/web development platforms.
• Use AI tools and AI-powered development platforms to efficiently create, improve, troubleshoot, and optimize websites.
• Customize Shopify themes, sections, apps, plugins, and website functionalities.
• Handle domain, hosting, website, SSL, email IDs, and other basic technical requirements.
• Manage official email IDs, user access, logins, subscriptions, and accounts.
• Maintain records of software, subscriptions, renewals, and access credentials.
• Coordinate and manage Google Workspace, email systems, and payment-related tools.
• Troubleshoot website, email, domain, and hosting issues.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shopify/Web Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with WordPress, CMS platforms, themes, and plugins.
• Ability to build websites using AI tools and modern AI-assisted development platforms.
• Good understanding of domains, hosting, SSL, DNS, and business email systems.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, third-party integrations, APIs, and apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently take ownership of website development and day-to-day technical tasks.
