Role Overview

ZOLDO is a remote-first IT services and software development company based in Bengaluru, India. The Software Developer Intern role is a full-time, fully remote position focused on supporting the development of web and software solutions for global clients, emphasizing performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Writing and testing code for web and software solutions.
• Assisting in Back-End Web Development tasks.
• Debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborating with senior developers on assigned features or modules.
• Participating in code reviews and following established development workflows.
• Documenting technical work and learning best practices in software design.
• Adapting to agile processes and engaging in mentorship.

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development.
• Practical skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Exposure to Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, or server-side frameworks.
• Familiarity with at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Understanding of basic data structures, algorithms, and version control tools like Git.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
